Georgia Development Partners, LLC (GDP) was founded in 2003 to develop residential neighborhoods throughout metropolitan Atlanta. Although GDP primarily focuses on developing tracts of land with national builders, the company also works with local and regional builders on both raw tracts of land and infill redevelopment projects. GDP's development services include land acquisition, rezoning and entitlement, planning, engineering, builder selection and relations, site development, development financing, and post development activities, which include home owners' association management, marketing and government relations.

Georgia Development Partners (GDP) develops all projects with its exclusive joint-venture partner, Batson-Cook Development,LLC (BCD). BCD, a wholly owned subsidiary of Batson-Cook Company was founded in 1963 to provide development services primarily in association with its parent. Although the company has experience in nearly all types of real estate development, BCDC currently operates in three fields: mid and high-rise condominium developed, “big-box” and small shop retail development, and residential neighborhood development through its joint-venture with GDP.
