Georgia Development Partners was selected in July of 2008 by the City of Roswell to construct the Big Creek Greenway. The pathway is the connective segment that will provide regional linkage for residents of the City of Roswell and Alpharetta to residential, commercial and recreational destinations throughout Fulton County. The project consists of 12' concrete pathways, elevated boardwalks through sensitive wetlands, flood plains and stream buffers, bathroom facilities, informational kiosks, and recreational furnishings. Native landscaping and riparian restoration measures were also required for purposeful incorporation of the pathway into the Big Creek Environmental Park.
