Georgia Development Partners was selected in December of 2007 by the City of Morrow and the Georgia Department of Transportation to construct Jesters Creek Pathway Phase 1 on behalf of the City. This is the first segment of a three phase system of 12' hard-surfaced multi-use pathways for pedestrians and bicyclists. The trail network will serve as a recreational opportunity that links neighborhoods, schools, parks, civic centers and other regional destinations in a way that promotes physical and environmental health for the entire community. This project was funded in part by the Georgia Department of Transportation though the use of the Transportation Enhancement program.
