Georgia Development Partners was selected in April of 2008 by the City of Morrow to provide construction management – not at risk services for Olde Town Morrow on behalf of the City.

Georgia Development Partners was selected to manage this project due to the special emphasis placed on providing fluid construction process, around existing conditions, with date certain delivery. The project will include entertainment, retail, commercial, hotel and residential elements all structured around a system of parks. The infrastructure improvements for this project are unique in that there are six buildings of historical significance that have been recently relocated to the site that will provide the foundation of the new old town experience.
